Adding Recently Viewed Carousel

How to Add and Configure the Recently Viewed Component in Mobile Studio

Understanding the feature: 

Recently viewed is a carousel that shows products a user has recently viewed, with the most recent first. It is available on

    • Homepage
    • Product Detail Page 
  • It does not require any third-party integration.
  • The component is fully powered by Reactiv.

Step 1: Add the Recently Viewed component to your homepage

  1. Open Reactiv App Studio.
  2. Find the new Recently Viewed component.
  3. Drag and drop it onto your homepage layout.

Step 2: Customize the component header

  1. After placing the component, edit the header text.
  2. Enter the label or message you want users to see above the recently viewed products.

Step 3: Set display limits for the product carousel

  1. Configure how many products to show per recommendation.
  2. Set the maximum products to show in the component.
  3. Adjust the display so it fits your homepage design and content needs.

Step 4: Define the minimum number of viewed products required

  1. Define the number of PDP a user must view before the component appears.
  2. The Recently Viewed carousel will only display once this threshold is met.
  3. If the user has viewed fewer than the required number of products, the component will not be shown
