Email support@reactiv.ai with your issue. If possible include the following;

A one-line synopsis of your issue in the Subject Line

Your Shopify Store URL

Details about your request/issue in the body of the email

Include any screenshots or screencasts (videos) of your issue

If there is a specific product/collection/discount code needed to replicate the issue, please outline that in the details aswell
