Setting up Loop Returns with Reactiv

Prerequisites

Before setting up Loop Returns integration, ensure the following:

• You have an active Loop Returns account and a Loop API Access Token
• You are signed up for a Reactiv Plan.
• Your Reactiv Mobile App is already set up and functioning.

Step 1: Access the Integrations Page

1. Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.
2. In the left-hand menu, locate Reactiv - Mobile App Builder under the "Sales channels" section.
3. Click on Reactiv - Mobile App Builder to open the Reactiv dashboard.
4. Select Integrations from the sidebar.

Step 2: Locate Loop Returns

1. On the Integrations page, use the search bar or scroll to find Loop Returns using the search bar.
2. Click the Connect button next to Loop Returns to access the integration settings.

Step 3: Connect Loop Returns to Your Mobile App

1. In the Loop Returns integration popup, you will see a field for the App Access Token.
2. Obtain your API Access Token from you Loop Account (app.wonderment.com → Settings → Integrations → Access Tokens).
3. Paste the API Access Token into the API Access Token field in the Reactiv integration popup.
4.  Click the Connect/Update button and Loop Returns will be connected to Reactiv.

Step 4: Set Loop Returns as the Returns Provider

1. On the Reactiv Dashboard, navigate to Settings then click on the Integrations Tab
2. Set Loop Returns as the Return provider and Save

Step 5: Verify the Integration

1. Before publishing your app update, thoroughly test the Loop Returns integration in the preview app.
2. Ensure that a start a return button appears on all eligible orders in the App Order History Screen.
