This guide will walk you through the setup process to offer your customers loyalty points, rewards, and more within your app. ### Prerequisites 1\. **Reactiv Account**: Ensure you have an active Reactiv account. 2\. **Rivo Account**: Set up a Rivo account and configure your loyalty program.  ### Step 1: Access the Integration Settings 1. Log in to your Reactiv dashboard. 2. Navigate to the [Integrations](https://admin.shopify.com/apps/reactiv-mobile-app-builder/app/integrations) page. ### Step 2: Enable Rivo Integration 1. In the Integrations page, find **Rivo** under Loyalty section. 2. Click on the **Connect** button to start the setup. After enabling the integration, you will be prompted to enter your Rivo API credentials. 2. **API Key**: Obtain this from your Rivo Dashboard by following the steps below. 3. Start by going to **App Studio**. 1. Click the **App Settings** icon located next to your brand logo. 2. Navigate to **App** **Studio \> Account Page \> Settings**. 2. Enable the **Loyalty Points and Tier** section within the Account Overview settings.
