Set up Loox Reviews
Enable Loox Reviews in Reactiv to display product reviews from your Shopify store directly inside your mobile app.

Prerequisites
Before enabling Loox in Reactiv, make sure the following are complete:

Loox Installed
Your store must have the Loox app installed on Shopify. -
Loox Plan Requirement
You must be on the Scale plan or higher to whitelist Reactiv’s domain for displaying reviews.-

Step 1: Enter Loox as Provider in Integrations

In the Reactiv Dashboard, go to Integrations from the left-hand navigation.

Click Integrations.

Select Loox as your provider.

Click Save.
In the Reactiv Dashboard, go to Integrations from the left-hand navigation.
Click Integrations.
Select Loox as your provider.
Click Save.
Step 2: Select Loox as Review Provider in App Settings

In the Reactiv Dashboard, click your store logo to open App Settings in the App Studio.

Navigate to Integrations.

Under Reviews, select Loox as your review integration of choice.

Click Save.
In the Reactiv Dashboard, click your store logo to open App Settings in the App Studio.
Navigate to Integrations.
Under Reviews, select Loox as your review integration of choice.
Click Save.
Once enabled, product reviews from Loox will automatically display in your mobile app.
Troubleshooting Loox Reviews
If your reviews aren’t displaying:

Check Loox Plan: Confirm your store is on the Scale plan or higher.

Check App Settings: Confirm Loox is selected in both Integrations and App Settings > Integrations.

Verify Reviews in Loox: Ensure product reviews exist in your Loox account.
Check Loox Plan: Confirm your store is on the Scale plan or higher.

Make sure to Save any changes made and you are all set.
