Setting Up a Stamped Reviews Integration

Stamped Reviews is a powerful tool for collecting and showcasing high-quality customer reviews. Integrating Stamped Reviews with your Reactiv mobile app allows you to display reviews directly in your app, enhancing customer trust and boosting conversions. Follow the steps below to set up the integration.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

  • Stamped Reviews Account: You need an active account with Stamped.io.

  • API Keys: Obtain your Private and Public API keys from your Stamped.io dashboard.

  • Store Hash: This is provided by Stamped.io and is required to connect your store.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to Integrations

  • Log in to your Reactiv dashboard.

  • On the left sidebar, click on Integrations under the Reactiv - Mobile App Builder section.

2. Locate Stamped Reviews

  • Scroll down the list of available integrations.

  • Find the StampedIO Reviews integration and click on it.

3. Enter API Credentials

  • In the setup dialog, you’ll need to enter the following:

    • Private API Key: Enter your Stamped Reviews Private API Key.

    • Public API Key: Enter your Stamped Reviews Public API Key.

    • Store Hash: Enter the Store Hash provided by Stamped.io.

    4. Connect Stamped Reviews

    • After entering all the required information, click on the Connect button.

    • If the credentials are correct, you will see a confirmation message, and the integration will be successfully connected.

    5. Verify the Integration

    • Once connected, return to the Studio section and click on Preview to preview the integration or Publish to reflect the integration in your app.

    • You can verify the integration by navigating to the relevant screens within your app where customer reviews should be displayed.

    • Test to ensure that reviews are being pulled correctly from Stamped.io.
