Set up AI-powered performance insights delivered to your inbox to support smarter decisions and app optimization.

Currently, this feature is in Beta and available through Email Delivery.

📧 Where to Find AI Insights - Email Reporting

1. From your Reactiv dashboard, look at the left-hand navigation.

2. Click Analytics.

3. Select the Email Reporting tab.

How to Subscribe to Email Reports

You can choose how often you’d like to receive your insights.

1. In the Email Reporting tab, select your preferred report cadence:

   • Weekly: Every Monday at 9:00 AM EST.

   • Monthly: On the 1st of each month at 9:00 AM EST.

2. Click Add Email.

3. Enter the email address where you’d like the reports to be sent. You can repeat this for your team members that need to be informed.

4. Click Submit.

A confirmation message will appear letting you know your subscription was successful.

Each AI Insights email is designed to give you a clear, actionable snapshot of your app’s performance:

• Insights Section
  A quick, bullet-point overview of the most important data highlights from your app.

• Action Items Section
  Specific recommendations (in bullet points) with steps you can take to optimize based on the data.

• More Details Section
  A deeper dive into your key metrics, presented in paragraph format, explaining what the numbers mean and the story they tell about your business.

Insights Section
A quick, bullet-point overview of the most important data highlights from your app.

Action Items Section
Specific recommendations (in bullet points) with steps you can take to optimize based on the data.

Next Steps

Once subscribed, you’ll automatically start receiving reports on the schedule you selected. Keep an eye on your inbox for your first set of AI-powered insights.
