Creating a Google Play Developer Account
Enroll on the Google Play Developer Program here: https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup
You will need:

A google account, or you can create one as part of the signup process.

A credit or debit card to pay the one time $25 enrolment fee.

To select Organization account vs. Individual account, similar to Apple above.

Activation of your account can take up to a week after payment.

Providing Access to Reactiv
Once you account is activated, please invite [email protected] to your account, and give the user account Admin privileges.
Why is Access Required?
This access will allow the Reactiv Team to send Test Builds to your team for review and then allow for these builds to be published on your account. When an app build is published under your account, it ensures that the Developer Name on the Store listing is yours.
