Use Shopify Metafields in Reactiv

Add metafields visibility to storefront

  1. Login to Shopify admin and navigate to settings.

  2. Go to Custom Data section

  3. Choose the metafield definition type you want to modify

Select the metafield definition you want to expose to storefronts and enable storefront access.

Add metafields to Reactiv

  1. Visit the Reactiv App settings.

  2. Switch to the Metafields Tab

  3. Select the desired metafields from the list under the Product and Collections tab.

NOTE: You will only see public metafields in the list as metafields created by other apps are not available to Reactiv.

Use exposed metafield in Reactiv Dashboard

  1. Add Metafield Data to Sections: Use the metafield data in various sections like Product description, Text area section in the Product page and the Cart screen.
